Lawrence Novick has been playing music, in one form or another, since he was a child of six. His musical journey has taken him through genres such as classical to rock to jazz to world-music to celtic hymns, and from the piano to the drums to the electric guitar to the synthsizer to his current passion, acoustic fingerstyle guitar. Over the years he has played in a wide range of venues: from school orchestras to rock bands to solo performance. A passionate composer as well, he has developed his own style of musical expression that is unique yet relevant, personal yet accessible.

While pursuing his musical career, Lawrence Novick is also an Educational Consultant with a PhD in Psychology, a Shamanic Practitioner, and an Aikido Instructor in the Los Angeles area.
